7:45 a.m.-- Preset stilts 1 & 2, get a radio. (Runner). Load the truck with 2 empty metros, 2 stilt racks, stilt J-pads, one bin, tarps, 1 metro of towels if needed, laundry sorting basket. Be sure we have 7 mesh bags inside basket.
9:00 a.m.-- Take truck to Step Off with track 2, unload, check Mickey, Minnie, Chip and Dale presets. Help Baloo with his head.
(During parade--) Help track 2 with Stilt EMB. Organize stilt rain gear line at Shade Control.
10:30-- breakdown Bob. Take truck to the PC, hang the cloth from the washer, put the rest of the soil in the washer. Get items for the EMB with track 4, do 3rd tier, help track 4 with hang dry.
12:00-1:15-- Lunch
1:15-- Pre-set Minnie, Mickey, Chip and Dale, one Bob torso for the next day, hang pre-sets on a rolling rack.
3:25-- Go to DP step down, assist undressing at top of hill.
3:45-4:15--load character costumes onto truck. Take 30 min break.
4:15-- Take truck to Step Off, setup for Step Down.
5:00-- dress Mickey, Minnie, Chip and Dale and Baloo (help with his head).
6:15-- Unload truck and take costumes inside Shade Control. After parade assist Mickey, minnie, Chip and Dale. Help Baloo with his head.
7:30-- Assist with the breakdown the stiltwalkers pants and load the truck. Drive truck to PC and assist with unload. Start in-house laundry and put away any dry items. Spray and put away all accessories.
