7:45-- CR: Take the stiltwalker safety gear out of the dry room and put away in the drawers. Go to Shade Control and check heads and shoes for show quality, make a list and let the coordinator know what you need to replace. Go to PC when finished. Scan NSA and put it away.
9:00-- At shade control help unload truck, check Woody, Jessie and Lumiere presets- heads, hats and shoes for show quality inside shade control. At shade control check that all the chemicals are in the Fire Cabinet. replace any empty or damaged bottles.
9:45-- Dress Woody, Jessie and Lumiere. After parade undress Jessie, Woody and Lumiere. Empty towel bin inside shade control. During parade help track 3 with EMB. Take yellow EMB inside shade control after first show. Bring back outside at 4:15 for the last shows.
10:30-- Go to CR hang all the safety gear from laundry in the dry room. Help track 3 with the NSA.
12:00-1:15--lunch
1:15-3:25-- Preset 2 Woody's and 2 Jessie's. Hang one of each for MiSiCi for the next day on the rolling rack and the others cover with black bags for Splash and hang on line.
3:25--Go to DP step down, assist with picking up heads at tarp and put in the bins to take to the PC, help with break down. Do 3rd tier presets, check for repairs, clean your line, check for show quality.
3:45-4:15--Load costumes onto truck and take 30 min break.
4:15-- Go to step off and setup for step down.
5:00-- dress Woody, Jessie and Lumiere. Assist with undressing.
6:15-- dress Woody, Jessie and Lumiere. Assist with undressing. Unload truck and take costumes into Shade Control during parade. Assist with breakdown and load the truck. Spray and check all Character heads and shoes inside shade control. Empty the towel bin inside shade control. Spray stilt walker shoes and helmets and put in drying room. Hang confetties on the line. Help track 1 finish laundry.
